David Carson, the legendary graphic designer renowned for revolutionizing visual culture in the 1990s, returns to collaborate with Quiksilver on the art direction for our upcoming 2025 snow film, SCORED. Known for his groundbreaking work with Ray Gun, TW Skate and SURFER magazines and his distinctive, rule- breaking typography, Carson has long been a creative force at the intersection of art, surf, and counterculture. Our history together spans decades of bold experimentation and core storytelling. The SCORED partnership brings Carson’s unmistakable visual language back to the mountain—where chaos meets clarity, and design drives emotion.
