Who’s running this?
This Promotion is organised by bunq B.V., a private limited liability company based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (“bunq”).

Who can join?
We’d love to let everyone join, but there are a few rules:
You can only join if you:

Are 18 years or older, and
Live in an EEA country, and
Sign up for a bunq Personal account via the official Quicksilver sign-up link or Event Site, and
Complete your signup and verification before September 29th, 2025, and
Make a qualifying Quiksilver payment of at least €20 with your bunq Credit Card (virtual or physical).
You unfortunately cannot join if:

You already have or previously had a bunq account, or
You sign up through any link other than the official Quicksilver sign-up link or Event Site, or
Your purchase is made via PayPal, Curve, Klarna, or another third-party payment service.

How to join
Getting started is simple and free! Just follow these steps: 
Sign up for bunq through the official Quicksilver sign-up link or Event Site.
Add money to your bunq account.
Make a qualifying purchase (minimum €20) at Quiksilver using your bunq Credit Card.
Sit back and earn your €20 Cashback with your next weekly Payday.

When it’s happening
The Promotion runs from September 5th, 2025 at 18:00 CEST until September 30, 2025 at 23:59 CEST.
Only purchases made during this period will count.

What you can get
One €20 Cashback per eligible user.
Cashback is paid automatically with your next weekly Payday after your qualifying purchase.
Cashback can be combined with regular bunq Cashback.

How you’ll know if you’ve earned it
You can check your Cashback in the bunq app: 
Go to the 🏠 Home tab.
Select the card you used.
Find your Quicksilver payment and tap on it.
If Cashback was earned, you’ll see it displayed there.

Why you might not receive Cashback
Cashback won’t be paid if:
Your payment was made via PayPal, Curve, Klarna, or other third parties.
The minimum spend of €20 wasn’t met.
You didn’t sign up through the official Quicksilver link or Event Site.

Other things you should know
We retain the right to change, pause, or end this Promotion at any time if we have to, for example, for technical, operational, or legal reasons, without giving a prior notice.
Cashback payouts are final and can’t be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed in any other form.
While we do everything we can to run this Promotion smoothly, bunq isn’t responsible for things we reasonably can’t control. This includes: 
Technical issues, delays, or interruptions to services.
Problems caused by third parties such as merchants, networks, or payment processors.
Errors or incomplete information provided by you.
These Terms and Conditions follow Dutch law. Any disputes will go to the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
